"We were first introduced to the property about two-and-a-half years ago. As soon as I saw it I said, "This is just a gorgeous piece of property." I said, "I think we can do something special here."

It really started when I was having a conversation with the family who was looking at selling this beautiful piece of property, and they were looking for the right buyer. More and more people from all over the world are attracted here for all the obvious reasons.

From the beginning, I felt determined that 'Paradise' was the right name because I was born in a small town in Saskatchewan called Paradise Hill, and I thought there's a lot of good reasons for me to kind of grab onto that one and stick with it.

The houses themselves can fit almost any part of your lifestyle. I think that they're very easy houses to live in, and they certainly feel comfortable for a family of four as much as when you are entertaining 20 or 30 guests.

This was a way to do something meaningful and long-lasting for future generations, so I thought this would be a very good destination for a summer vacation home, and showed a lot of people from Alberta and other places what we are doing here."
